Dog Walking
A good dog walk should be more than simply getting a dog out of the house for an hour. Exercise matters, of course. But so do stimulation, appropriate social interaction, safety and understanding the individual dogs within a group. Archway Dogs provides professional dog walking with an emphasis on creating enjoyable, well-managed walks for the dogs in our care.
Understanding the dogs we walk
Not every dog is right for every group. Sunnie carefully considers the personalities, needs and behaviour of the dogs she works with, including how individual dogs interact with one another. The aim isn't to create the biggest possible pack. It's to create groups that work. That means considering factors such as temperament, behaviour, energy levels and the practicalities of managing dogs safely and responsibly.

Walk & Train Socialisation
Does your dog need help feeling more comfortable around other dogs?
Some dogs need more support than a conventional group walk can provide.
Our Walk & Train Socialisation sessions are designed for suitable dogs that may benefit from carefully managed exposure to a small walking group, with their owner joining us.
The aim isn't to simply put a reactive or nervous dog into a pack and hope they get used to it.
Instead, Sunnie will consider whether the dog is suitable for the group and, where appropriate, provide a controlled opportunity for the owner and dog to work around other dogs.
Sessions take place on Fridays or at weekends.
Price: £40 per session
Dog Walking – £30
Our current dog walking rate is:
£30 per dog, per session.
Availability is limited and suitability will need to be discussed before a new dog joins an existing walking group.
Important Information
Because safety and the wellbeing of every dog in the group come first, not every dog will be suitable for this service. Sunnie will need to discuss your dog's behaviour and circumstances with you before confirming a place.
